Shipping and payment terms

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 2-3 days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by email about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment by bank transfer

- Payment by direct debit (direct debit)

For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:

When paying by direct debit (direct debit), you revocably authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.

The direct debit takes place when the goods are dispatched.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
